I understand that travel reimbursement covers only pre-approved costs within meeting dates and designated shuttle times. Upgrades, incidentals, meals, extra hotel nights, outside-shuttle transportation, and home airport transfers are not eligible. I will submit the travel form once my airfare is booked.
